Ward Campout

We went on our Ward's Campout two weekends ago and had a blast. We haven't been camping in our tent in probably two years. We have done some camping in cabins at KOA's and think it is nice not to have to put up a tent and have more of a real bed. It was fun to go camping and there were lots of our friends there. The kids got a little cold because they were just in their sleeping bags on the ground but Steve and I were plenty toasty on top of the air mattresses we had. The kids decided it would be fun to climb this rock pile and Sierra went a long ways up there and a friend of hers did too and then the rocks started falling on the other kids when they tried to come down. I think our favorite part of the trip was when we had Smore's after breakfast. I can always have a little chocolate. The campout was a lot of fun and reminded us that we need to get our tent out more often and drag some of our friends to the mountains more often it was a great time.
