After a day full of shopping we stopped at this park to let the kids play for a bit. It had these rocks with waterfalls coming over them and this little river running through it that the kids could play in. There was also a splash pad but they were perfectly happy in the river this time so maybe we will check that out next time. Love the Free Fun!!

Sierra totally looked sick I was expecting her to throw up sometime before she got off but I guess her look was worse than she felt cause she seemed to do just fine

We decided to check out the county fair this year. The kids each got to ride a couple of carnival rides and then we checked out all the things people enter in the contests so we would know what we could enter next year and then we went and listened to the band that was playing and Carson and Briana did a little dancing and I just missed a picture of the lead singer dancing with Briana. She loves to dance and she got out there and danced the whole time we sat there. When the people with the Beer started showing up and dancing we decided it was time to hit the road and head home. It was fun to see all the stuff entered into the fair and we will definately enter some stuff next year.

Wow I think she enjoyed it. What do you think? She devoured her chocolate chip cookie. She was being super cranky and I was trying to make dinner and the neighbor had brought over some cookies and we all benefited!! I got some peace and quite and she got a happy tummy!!

The kids wanted to go to the beach/lake one more time before it was too cold so we went one day after school and took a picnic dinner and played for a couple of hours. The water was super cold. The kids were just shiverin but they still had fun especially burying each other in the sand.

We forgot to take pictures of Carson and Sierra on their first day of school cause we were running a little late because Sierra needed a special hair do but we did get a couple of Briana's first day of Kindergarten!! She was so excited to finally get to go she had to wait a week and a half after the other kids started to go. Now she is actually in all day until at least Jan. when they will probably rotate out and let some other kids go all day but she is excited to go all day. She even prayed that she would be able to get up early enough to get ready. She will get used to it she has to go in the mornings on Wed. cause they all get out early so all the kindergarteners go in the morning and they call it "squishy" day!!

It was pretty full because it was one of the last nights it was showing

Steve and I got to go to an Alfred Hitchcock play I wasn't sure what to expect at first but loved it in the end!! There were 4 actors that played many different roles they were constantly changing from one role to the other. There were 3 men and 1 woman and the men were playing womens parts a lot too which made it really funny. Don't love the pictures of us but we don't get them taken too often together so here we are at our night at the play!!

Who knew you could go to a beach in the middle of town in the middle of the almost desert!! In our town they have made this man made lake with sand for a beach so lots of people have been using it this summer. You can swim, fish or take small boats like canoes or inflatable ones on the lake. We went with some friends and checked it out. The kids had lots of fun. I didn't put Paityn in the water cause she had a runny nose already and I didn't want it to get worse so she just got to play in the sand with her little friend. The other kids loved the water and had fun.
