This past week we got to play with our cousins. The kids did water balloons and squirt guns and we did lunch and had treats and then the kids found these seed things on the trees and they opened them up and they were sticky so they stuck them on their faces it started on the nose and then some of them had them all over their faces. Emma was such a big helper with Briana she loved to push her wherever they wanted to go or where the other kids were playing.

For some reason Sierra was calling my little sister "Coorad" while we were at my mom's visiting. I could not figure out where she came up with this. A couple of days ago we are in Walmart and we are looking at the bandaids. All of a sudden Sierra says "Coorad" I look and sure enough Curad bandaids are right there on the shelf I asked her if that is why she was calling Olivia that and she said that is where she got it from. Funny kids!!!

What a Weekend!!!

We were just having a nice weekend not doing much. We had just been to the grocery store and I was putting the groceries away while Steve was playing with the kids. All of a sudden Briana is crying really loud and it was one of those cries where you know something is wrong. Steve had flipped her over his shoulder and she landed on her feet but something was wrong with her leg. We could move it all around but she couldn't stand on it. After a little bit we decided she needed to go to the doctor to have it checked out. Steve and I were supposed to go on a date so I was hoping if we took her right away maybe we would get whatever it was taken care of before it was time to go out. Ha Ha Funny!!!! Steve left at about 5:15 and returned home at 8:15 with a brace on Briana's leg and staying off of it for the weekend and go back in on Mon. to most likely get a real cast. Briana was really upset that this happened to her and when I told her I was going to tell my mom she wanted me to tell people it was Sierra that got hurt not her. When we talked to my dad on Father's Day he asked her how she was and she said "How did you know?" He said "A Little Birdie told me" she was not sure how that worked, it was funny to see her wonder about that. Anyways Monday came and she had to get a cast and has to be carried around for four weeks. No pressure on the leg until the cast is to come off. So if you wonder what I will be doing in the next month it will be taking care of Briana and every beck and call she might have. At least they had pink to make the cast with I am not sure she would have let them put one on her if they didn't have pink. I think I just talked to someone not that long ago and told them so far we had lucked out, no stitches and no broken bones. So all of the rest of you don't jinx yourself!!!!

Here are a couple of fun & funny things we saw on our way to Wyoming. First we saw the hot air balloon it touched down on the ground right next to the road and then lifted off again it was fun to be so close. Then the funny thing with the car is if you look really close the whole back window is just a piece of plastic. We of course saw this in Wyoming and it is one of those times you just laugh and say "only in Wyoming". There is no way they could see out the back window and it had probably been like that all winter!!!! Then there are pictures of the kids on the ride and then Briana and Kaden were so cute together while we were there. Kaden just loved to give Briana hugs and kisses. It was fun to watch them play. Carson would lay on the floor and we would tell Kaden to get him and he would jump on top of him and Carson would grab on and they would wrestle a bit and Kaden would poke at Carsons eyes and pull his hair but Carson just let him do it cause he loved having someone to wrestle with.

We had a picnic outside one night and Grandpa stoked up his outside fire pit and we got to roast marshmellows and have smores after dinner. Everyone had fun taking their turn trying to get their marshmellows just right. If you look really close at Briana she had a rash for three or four days that she got from the medicine she had been taking for her ear infection and strep throat that she had before we left. Poor thing was basically red from head to toe. We also got to go to Montana and visit with Aunt Becca and Uncle Mark we had lunch with them and then we went to the duck park and tried to feed the ducks that had already been fed and then waded in the creek and enjoyed a nice visit and day, we got to take Aunt Olivia with us too.

Wyoming was a lot of fun for the kids especially they got to go swimming in the big pool once and all three of them jumped off the diving board. Sierra all by herself, Carson with swim floaties on, and Briana got dropped off to Olivia who caught her at the bottom. Then they also got to swim in Aunt Norma and Uncle Rex's hot tub at least three times I think. They love to swim and would have everyday if I would have let them. When we were at Aunt Connie and Grandma Ruth's, Connie spoiled them with smores. She had these huge marshmellows and so they melted them in the microwave and then tried to eat them the funnest part was watching how big they got. Some of them got a little overcooked so not too much got eaten but they all seemed to be enjoying them anyways. Thanks for all the fun everyone!!!
